"Total Barre" Links strength and a Ballet style warm up with a flowing dance sequence. Co-ordination and flexibility improve muscular pathways throughout the body to release tension and create a great body awareness and great posture. Come and enjoy the flowing body movements with breath and get lost in the music and atmosphere of the group.
