Online with Zoom.us These sessions that are built around your own individual postural requirements. Learn the basics in the first session so you can safely attend an online group class. If you enjoy the 1:1 and wanted a postural assessment we could then create a Pilates programme suitable for your individual needs. Pilates is a great way to tone the whole body, connecting with your breath to release tension and improve posture. Leaning how to engage and strengthen abdominals does help you feel strong and walk out of class standing tall and energised. I have been working in the Mind Body Industry for over 20 years. My teaching experience ranges from Health Centres to local Gyms. And more recently I have been developing online resources for Life Long Learning for residence attending Adult Education. As a Professional Dancer I used to experience injuries first hand. And I used Pilates to bring the body back to health, strength and alignment. I enjoy working with individuals as the results are precise and personalised for the each persons needs. All of the sessions are created for Strength and Core awareness for fitness or special conditions. £50 per hour |
